Tangy Dip for Egg Rolls, or Crab Rangoon




Grafton Sweet Chili Sauce



Ingredients-rice vinegar, sugar, Ketchup, Ginger, Red Chili Flakes, Garlic, Cornstarch.




INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 1 Cup Rice Vinegar

  • 1 Cup Sugar

  • 2 Teaspoons of Ketchup

  • 2 Teaspoons Ginger

  • ½ Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder Flakes

  • 1 ½ teaspoon Garlic minced

  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch

  • Water as needed



Instructions

Pour water and vinegar into a saucepan; bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in sugar, ginger, chili pepper flakes, ketchup, and garlic; simmer for 5 minutes.

Place cornstarch in a small bowl; mix in water until smooth. Whisk cornstarch mixture into chili sauce.

Remove the saucepan from the stove; let cool. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until needed.
